  • IBEROEKA 14-794: Ultra-resistant multilayer material, using 2nd generation nano material and a mixture of polymers. Designed and adapted for the manufacture of individual protections against projectiles and sharp objects.

Formulations

We develop unique and specific formulations for each project, adapting the formulation to the specific need of each sole and shoe

These are some formulations made to measure and developed under the requirements of EN ISO 20345/20347, EN ISO 15090 and American standards.

  • HI: Insulation against heat (Heat Resistant) HI1, HI2, HI3. EN ISO 15090.
  • HRO: contact resistant to heat, test according to UNE EN 15090.
  • FO: oil resistant.
  • GAMMA RAYS: supports Gamma Ray sterilization UNE EN ISO 11137.
  • EXTREME TEMPERATURES -30oC: bending test ROSS UNE 59532.
  • SPECIAL ABRASION: from 30 mm3, test UNE EN 12770.

  • INSULATORS: UNE EN 50321 standard for insulating footwear.
